THE AUTO CPA GROUP

We are active members in the Auto CPA Group, a national consortium of independent CPA firms throughout the country and Canada who specialize in serving the Automobile Dealership industry. This group shares resources and staff for ideas and in developing a better knowledge of the automobile retail industry. Collectively, the group has developed software for computing annual LIFO reserves and has recently developed ACES (Auto CPA electronic Surveillance), software that communicates with dealership data processing systems to detect internal control weaknesses and assist in streamlining accounting processes.

OTHER PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS

In addition to industry specific groups, we are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and are active members in the Tax Section of this organization.

We are active members of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and have served on many of their committees including State Taxation Committee (Past Chairman) and the Accounting Careers Committee. Mr. Rosenfield has been a featured speaker at many of their Seminars and Conferences.

We are also members of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
