Orlando, FL, January 22, 2009 - In a move that will expand the Southeast super-regional CPA firm’s footprint into Florida, Dixon Hughes PLLC announced that it would integrate the practice of Orlando-based Rosenfield & Company, P.A. effective February 1.

Rosenfield & Company was founded in 1996 and has eight professionals based in its 255 South Orange Avenue office. The firm has built a national reputation as a premier provider of professional services to automobile dealerships. It has served hundreds of dealers throughout the country and represents one of the first dealerships in mainland China.

Dixon Hughes ranks among the nation's top 20 CPA firms and is the largest based in the Southeast. With more than 1,200 people located throughout the Southern United States, the firm provides a wide array of assurance, tax and advisory services to organizations in a variety of industries. Dixon Hughes’ integration of Rosenfield & Company will expand the firm’s footprint to eight states and strengthen its own nationally-recognized Dealer Services Group.
