Anne Louise Brand

Anne Louise is a graduate with honors of the College of Business Administration and the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. In 2022, Anne Louise was named Firm Leader of the PCAOB Services Team. Her experience with US GAAP, PCAOB, SEC, and FINRA accounting and reporting standards bring an elevated level of distinction.

As part of the Executive Team of the Firm, Anne Louise ensures attest services are managed and delivered at the highest level of quality and compliance. In her experience with the Firm, she has streamlined and implemented improved SEC, Broker Dealer, and Employee Benefit Plan firm audit procedures. She has also applied her technical accounting skills to resolve complex transaction issues and provide efficient solutions for the Firm’s clients. Her experience also includes working on audits, reviews, and compilations for large automotive groups with a focus on complex debt and equity structures. Notably, Anne Louise took part in successfully completing what was then the largest Reg A filing in history.

Anne Louise started with Rosenfield and Company’s internship program in Orlando, Florida in 2015 and became the firm’s first inter-office transfer as a full time Attest Services Team Member in the New York City office. She has a strong international background with a history of living in multiple countries and has maintained residence and attended school in the Netherlands, Great Britain and the United States. Currently, she is a member of the NYSSCPA SEC committee and volunteers her time as a Finance Advisor and Treasurer for her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta, and serves as an active member with the New York Junior League.
