Robert “Bob” Morrison, FASA, BV/IA, former Firm Leader of Rosenfield and Company, PLLC’s Business Advisory Services Team will effectively be retiring as of December 30th, 2021 and serving As Counsel to the Firm. Replacing Bob as Firm Leader is newly appointed Paul Dumm, CPA, ABV, CFF, CFE, ASA.

Bob’s career began in the 1980’s through the private industry and was followed in the early 1990’s by what became his niche; valuation, forensic accounting, and insolvency. In 2011, Bob founded the firm, Morrison Valuation and Forensic Services, LLC (MorrisonVFS), which merged with Rosenfield and Company, PLLC in January 2020. Prior to establishing MorrisonVFS, Bob served as a senior member and practice leader of three international public accounting consulting practices in the areas of Business Valuation, Financial Analysis, Forensic Accounting, Litigation Support, Insolvency Advisory Services, and Economic Damages. Throughout his career, Bob has been actively involved with a number of organizations, including the Appraisal Foundation, the Florida Institute of CPA’s (FICPA), the International Institute of Business Valuers (iiBV), and the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). Earlier this year, Bob was honored with a lifetime appointment to the College of Fellows, the highest designation the ASA bestows.

It has been my privilege to work alongside Bob for the past 20 years. He has been a tremendous mentor, and a true friend. I personally will miss him but look forward to the challenge of leading the BAS Team at Rosenfield into the future.”
Paul joined the firm in early 2020 during the merger of his former firm, MorrisonVFS, with Rosenfield. He became Director of MorrisonVFS in 2012, after spending nine years as a Consulting Services Manager for RSM McGladrey LLP (now RSM US). Paul holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from St. Francis University and a Master’s in Taxation from the University of Central Florida. He has extensive experience in the areas of Business Valuation, Forensic Accounting, Litigation Support, Economic Damages, Insolvency Advisory Services, and Financial Analysis. In addition to being a CPA, he holds accreditations as a CFE, ABV, CFF, and ASA to further support his work in business valuation and forensic accounting.
