As a PCAOB registered firm, Rosenfield provides services to broker dealers and SEC filers. This area of the firm has shown continuous growth and expansion, warranting its own designation.

An honors graduate with dual degrees in Accounting and Hospitality from the University of Central Florida, Anne Louise Brand has focused her career in PCAOB regulations. As part of the executive team of the Firm, Anne Louise ensures attest services are managed and delivered at the highest level of quality and compliance. In her experience with the Firm, she has streamlined and implemented improved SEC, Broker Dealer, and Employee Benefit Plan firm audit procedures. She has also applied her technical accounting skills to resolve complex transaction issues and provide efficient solutions for the Firm’s clients. She has been with the Firm since 2015.

Bernadette has been providing Attest services since beginning her career in public accounting and after relocating to the United States in 2013, where she swiftly joined Rosenfield and Company. She became Firm Leader of the Attest Services Team in 2019 and was named Partner in 2021.
